A message from Chief Timothy J. Bent

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Webster Police Department web site. I hope that you find the site informative. Please visit often as we are committed to providing frequent updates.
The Webster Police Department employs a dedicated group of professional men and women who work in unison to deliver the best possible policing services to our residents, business community, and visitors.
Our Department motto is quite clear, “Improving the Quality of Life”. Our motto articulates our willingness to work with the members of the community we serve. We invite volunteers, other town employees, and our residents to partner with us to improve the quality of life within and around our community.
We are open to suggestions on how we can address criminal issues within the Town of Webster. We offer active outreach programs that address the needs of our youth, as well as our adult and elderly population. We would enjoy the opportunity to meet with your group and speak about topics of interest relating to a crime or a community safety topic.
We invite you to contact us should you require any further information regarding the operation of the Webster Police Department. We would also ask you to consider attending a future session of the Civilian Police Academy or the Junior Police Academy. These programs provide you, the citizen, with a tremendous opportunity to better understand the internal operations of your Police Department.
If we can be of any further assistance to you please do not hesitate to call, or e-mail us through our Webmaster. Also, please sign our Guestbook while visiting our web site.

Thank you for your continued support.
Chief Timothy J. Bent
