Our Main Dispatch Station includes:
  • 3 computers with Flat Panel monitors, one for use with our IMC Cad program, one to be used with the Criminal Justice Information System/NCIC, and one to map all calls that officers are currently responding to.
  • An IPC Orbacom PC-based Radio Control Panel operated by a Dell computer with touch screen Flat panel monitor. This radio system give us the ability to communicate with all Town of Webster Services as well as Police and Fire from the towns of Oxford, Dudley, Southbridge, and Charlton as well as the Southern Worcester County Fire Mutual Aid Net. Fire Department and EMS tones for the Town of Webster are also sent out through this panel with each tone receiving a one-touch color coded button. This system also controls access to doors through the station.
  • Vesta Pallas PC based E911 Console with two flat panel monitors for receiving 911 and TTY calls from the town of Webster as well as cell phone transfers from the State Police with GPS Mapping.
  • Business Line/Fire Line/Internal system Phone with one touch preset buttons for other agencies in the area
  • Two Flat Panel monitors used to monitor CCTV video from both inside and outside the building
  • HP Laser Printer for CJIS system and a Fax/Copy Machine (not visible)
  • Prisoner watch tour alarm/printer
  • Fire Department Master Box Digitizer and printer
  • Various Binders and Forms commonly used in the Public Safety field
